I had my engine splash guard come off and they took it off very quickly and had excellent customer service. I absolutely recommend this particular location. The gentleman who helped me was named Luis and gave great advice about what to do in my car’s situation

I had a great experience at Tires Plus thanks to Luis. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and I really appreciated his honesty and excellent customer service. It's hard to find people who genuinely care about their customers, and Luis definitely does. I highly recommend asking for him if you visit this Tires Plus location. Thank you, Luis, for the outstanding service!

Checked my tread, battery and fluids for free! Even topped off my wiper fluid. Thanks for squeezing me in even though your techs were all busy, appreciate your help Addison!

Addison and Blake helped me with my BMW and were very knowledgeable and helpful with a car that most shops don't even want to touch. Very impressed with their knowledge and effort, will be back for service when it's due. So glad there is a shop near me that actually knows what they're doing with Euro vehicles. Thank you Coralville tires Plus!

We are from out of town and had a sudden flat, two hours before they closed, on a busy day (with many people on the road for graduation parties). Luis got us in, got us two new tires, with a rotation, in a span of 90 minutes, and gave us a generous price break, out of sheer kindness. Excellent experience with this business.
